Anne Marie’s passion for coaching developed over her 20-year career as she navigated key twists and turns. Her notable professional transitions include leaving strategy consulting to pursue product management in high-tech, a progression from startups to big tech, a return to the workforce following family leave, a stint of part-time employment to balance the demands of family and career, and an international job search.
 

Anne Marie is an executive coach at Harvard Business School. She has held senior product management leadership positions at Meta, Amazon Web Services, Stripe, and several early-stage B2B software companies where she developed a specialization in zero-to-one product launch and commercialization. Over the course of her career, Anne Marie has also held senior leadership positions in business development and general management, leading teams both in the US and abroad. Prior to technology, Anne Marie has a background in management consulting and investment banking. 
 

Anne Marie holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University. She is pursuing her International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, expected in February 2026.
